NORTH AUGUSTA PASTOR LAWRENCE SMITH IS ARRESTED AND CHARGED TODAY WITH THREE COUNTS OF CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT WITH A MINOR AND OTHER CHARGES. TRANSCRIPT: to rise..manuel gallegus, cbs news, cedar rapids. this now from crime team 12... north augusta pastor lawrence smith is arrested and charged today with three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor and other charges. deputies say smith assaulted a teenage girl many times between 1990 and 1995. they say the assaults took place at smiths home and another home on bradleyville road. the sheriff says here are more victims, but many dont want to cooperate. smiths being held at the aiken county jail/ also from crime team 12 in aiken county.. deputies making twenty one arrests in
